Biography

Born 1971 in Offenburg / Germany
Studied piano at the Conservatory of Music Cologne / Germany and arrangement and composition at the Berklee College of Music Boston / USA
1994 – 1996 pianist of the National Youth Jazz Orchestra under the direction of Peter Herbolzheimer
1998 – 1999 Full scholarship by the governmental financed DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) at the Berklee college of music / Boston
1998 – 1999 BEST scholarship by the Berklee College of Music / Boston
Since that time numerous concert tours through Europe, the USA as well as composition commissions for TV, commercials, stage, orchestra, jazz ensembles etc.
1998 Musical Director of the pop group Marshall and Alexander (BMG-Ariola)
1999 - 2001 Keyboarder at BeeGee´s Saturday Night Fever Cologne
1999 - 2004 Pianist and assistant band leader at the Apollo Theater Düsseldorf
